Shifra Klein is the editor-in-chief of Fleishigs Magazine, a gourmet cooking publication that celebrates kosher food in a modern, revolutionary way. As a food writer and food stylist, Shifra has spent the last decade revolutionizing the kosher food scene. In 2010, she was the creator and editor-in-chief of the award-winning Bitayavon Magazine, which then merged with Joy of Kosher Magazine in 2013. She is all about having fun in the kitchen while cooking flavorful and mouth watering food in a simple and approachable way. In her spare time you will find her scouring the aisles of food markets and book stores. Shifra lives in Long Island, NY with her husband and three children.
