I sit down with accidental activist Shoshanna Keats Jaskoll to discuss her work. She shares how circumstances in her own life led to her realizing that someone needed to speak up for women and girls in Orthodoxy, the health consequences of hyper-modesty, and why its important to deal with internal community issues loudly even as antisemitism rises globally.
Shoshanna Keats Jaskoll is a writer and an activist. Cofounder of Chochmat Nashim, she raises awareness of dangerous trends in Orthodox Judaism and suggest alternative solutions and provides resources for the community to make positive change. Originally from Lakewood, NJ she lives in Israel with her family.
